We strive to show accurate product images, but minor variations are normal and expected.

2. Authenticity of Fabrics



We guarantee 100% genuine, original designer suits.

All fabrics belong solely to the respective brands. Marina Mystique takes pride in offering authentic materials with premium quality.

3. Embellishments, Laces & Customizations



Brands may or may not include certain embellishments (laces, beads, piping, borders).

Upon request, we offer customization services, matching the outfit to 90–95% of the model photos wherever possible.

4. Product Availability



While we update inventory frequently, certain items may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this happens, you will be notified immediately and offered:

✔ An alternative product

✔ A refund for the unavailable item

5. Shipping & Delivery



Shipping times may vary based on location and external factors.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared. Marina Mystique is not responsible for courier delays.

6. Returns & Exchanges



All sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product delivered is:


  • Faulty
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete



Color variations due to photography or screen settings are not eligible for returns.

  • Embellishments

This helps resolve disputes effectively.

8. Order Cancellation



  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Promotions or discounts cannot be adjusted retroactively.

10. Product Descriptions



We strive for accuracy; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the website are error-free.

Minor variations may occur due to fabric type, styling, digital photography, and device settings.

11. Stitching Errors & Custom Measurements



All custom-stitched outfits are tailored based on customer-provided measurements.

Slight differences may occur due to the nature of handcrafted garments.

Custom-stitched and standard readymade outfits are FINAL SALE.

Ill-fitting due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer is not eligible for return.


For alterations after delivery, please consult a local seamstress, as sending items back for minor fixes is time-consuming and costly.

12. Cancellation of Orders by Marina Mystique



Orders may be canceled by us due to:


  • Limited stock
  • Inaccurate product or pricing data
  • Fraud alerts
  • Verification issues



You will be notified, and refunds will be issued if payment was already processed.

13. Refund Policy



If you wish to cancel within 24 hours, email us at sales@marinamystique.com.


  • Within 24 hours: Full cancellation allowed
  • After 24 hours: 25% restocking fee
  • Goodwill Store Credit: Full paid amount + $5 bonus credit, lifetime validity



Refunds always follow strict verification and approval steps.

14. Custom Stitched & Readymade Products



These items are tailored specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or refunded unless:


  • Wrong product sent
  • Damaged product received



Color variations or measurement discrepancies due to customer error are not grounds for return.

15. Arranged Products



Products acquired from external sources or unofficial sellers are not eligible for returns under Marina Mystique policies.

16. Purchases During Sales



Items purchased during promotions, deals, or discounts are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

17. Product Care & Manufacturing Details



Most designer outfits involve:


  • Hand embroidery
  • Natural dyeing
  • Artisanal craftsmanship



As a result:


  • Slight color bleeding is normal
  • Fabric shrinkage may occur
  • Handwork may differ slightly
  • Natural imperfections add character

18. Damages During Transit



All orders are inspected before dispatch.

If damage occurs during shipping due to courier mishandling, Marina Mystique is not liable.

19. Return Procedure



If your return reason qualifies:


  1. Email within 24 hours
  2. DO NOT return items without approval
  3. Provide photos/videos
  4. Return within 7 working days of approval
  5. Include invoice
  6. Send via registered courier only
  7. Keep airway bill/receipt until delivered

20. Refund Processing



For approved returns (unstitched only):


  • Refund issued within 3–5 business days after inspection
  • Bank/payment processor may take an additional 7–10 days

21. Color & Description Disclaimer



Color variations occur due to:


  • Fabric dyes
  • Photography lighting
  • Weather during dyeing
  • Camera type
  • Device screen settings



Certain colors (red, maroon, green, sea green, off-white) commonly show shade variations.


Certain fabrics (raw silk, khadi silk, brocade, south cotton) have natural threads visible—this is not a defect.

22. Beads & Sequence Disclaimer



Hand-embellished outfits may lose a small number of beads/sequins due to:


  • Handling during transit
  • Customs checks
  • Fabric nature



This is considered normal for designer handcrafted clothing.

23. Customer Not Available at Delivery



If courier attempts delivery three times and you are unavailable, the package may be destroyed or returned.

Marina Mystique is not responsible in such cases.

Always track and coordinate with your courier.
