Return & Exchange Policies

1. Complaints made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for exchange/return.

2. Only unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective items may be exchanged within the same brand (subject to stock availability) within 7 days.

3. Stitched products are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

4. Any unstitched product purchased from Marina Mystique will also not qualify for exchange if the customer has stitched it afterward.

5. Customer must cover shipping costs (both ways) for non-damaged returns. Marina Mystique covers shipping ONLY for wrong/defective items (excluding international orders).

6. Items washed, dried, stained, damaged, or shrunk will not be accepted.

7. Sale/Discounted items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return/exchange.

8. Product add-ons (e.g., matching trousers, dupattas) are not exchangeable.
